Beechwood House in York, North Yorkshire for sale

Th room is available from April 15th. It is an 6 Bed Room House, were all rooms are quite big and contains double beds, wardrobe, computer table, heaters, mirrors, stands and windows. Its a 3 floor house with one large kitchen in basement. There are 2 females and 4 males currently living in the house. We are looking for person to take the Room in Second floor. We prefer both male and female. No pets allowed. The price £200 per month, It doesn't include bills. Electricity, Gas, Council Tax, Internet, Water bills will be shared by 7 people, which would be approximately £10 per person per week. There will be an non-refundable deposit 30 pounds which is negotiable depending upon the period of stay.
